Shipping policy

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, with no minimum order value. For other EU countries a shipping fee applies, which is calculated and shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the Netherlands and to most countries in the European Union.

Processing time

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed later, or in the weekend, are shipped the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days elsewhere in the EU. These are estimates and may vary.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
