Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Neat Barcelona sneakers. If something is not right, you can return or exchange your order under the conditions below.

Return period

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. On top of that, we offer an extended return period: you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions

The shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.
Return them in the original box, with all included items (extra laces, extra insoles and the travel bag).

How to return

Email us at contact@neatbarcelona.com stating your order number. Send your return to: Neat Barcelona, Coenecoop 595, 2741 PT Waddinxveen, Nederland.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used to order.

Trade-in (separate from returns)

When your Essentials are genuinely worn out, you can send them back through our trade-in programme and receive €40 off your next pair. This is separate from a regular return.
