How do I return a pair of sneakers?
If you need to return your sneakers, please send them back to us at Coenecoop 595, 2741PT Waddinxveen, Netherlands. Include a copy of your order and the original shoebox. The sneakers must be undamaged and in the condition they were received. Please note that return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you.
What conditions must be met for a return to be accepted?
To be eligible for a return, your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear on footwear), and in their original packaging. They must also be returned in the original shoebox with a copy of your order. Any sneakers that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return.
Can I exchange my sneakers for a different size or color?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
How long do I have to return my sneakers?
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns attempted outside of this period may not be accepted.
